Stratford club is entitled to one voting delegate per team entered in the League in the previous (ie 2011-12) season. I would encourage attendance on this occasion as item 5 regarding ECF funding changes is of particular importance.

I would be greatful if those individuals / team representatives that are receiving trophies would let me know there travel arrangements.
