Once again we will be kicking off the new Chess season at our Pre Season Social evening held on the 29th August. 

 

This year I would like to offer our hospitality to Leamington Chess Club in the form of a pre season friendly chess match. The fixture details to be agreed, perhaps consisting of a 10 board tournament played in grade strength with the bottom board discounted in the event of a draw. 

 

Funds permitting we could also provide some sandwiches.
